The following are a list of common questions asked by our customers. Please note these are just general questions regarding the policies we follow. If your question is not in the FAQ section, please do not hesitate to give ua a call or  e-mail us. 

Information about confidentiality / Privacy

Your information is secure with us, we will never sell it out to any third party. Confidentiality is the key to our customers. Once you've virtually stepped into our website, be sure your security and confidentiality is guaranteed in compliance with our established policy. We highly respect your privacy and our reputation, too. This is the reason why all our contacts are safely stored and all the operations are performed with maximum discretion. We just have to collect some data concerning you for arranging shipping and keeping in touch with you for further actions (transportation, delivery, final distribution, your opinion, review, etc).

Is the postman aware of what is inside the parcel?

       No way. The parcel contains only your shipping details (address and name).

How about the billing statement? What shows up on the bill?

     Payment (the sum of money you've spent for your acquisition). Only KTiNi or 2checkout will appear on your credit card statement.

Do you share the information related to those clients who have bought a product online?

      No, we never share this information.

How can I place an order?

 Once you've found the product you want to purchase, click the ADD TO CART button. The item goes to Shopping cart. Then click the PROCEED TO CHECKOUT button to fill in the information required. Choose your desired payment option. We accept payments via credit/ debit card, bank deposit and cash on delivery( Bangalore only). For credit card option  fill in your credit card information for secure payment system. Once the order have been placed, you will receive a confirmation of your successful order processing.

Aren't sex toys illegal in India?

Contrary to popular beliefs, sex toys are not illegal in India. It is actually available in many places but so far this is the only online adult toy store. Article 21 of the Indian constitution, states that every citizen has equal opportunity of life and is equal before law.

You do not have to worry about customs because we ship from within India i.e from Bangalore to be specific.

How will you deliver the product to my home?

After you have made the purchase we'll ship out the product with one of the major courier companies in India. We will only ship using a registered courier like bluedart or professional couriers. It will be made as discreet as possible for you. All you will find is a brown box with your shipping address on it with no indication of what is inside.

What guarantee do I have that an order I make will actually reach me?

Our credit cards are processed by a 2checkout which is a respected 3rd party processor. If you do not receive your order, then you can contact 2checkout directly. They will then do the needful. Please do this as a last resort after contacting us.

How long will it take to reach me?

It will take a a week or  10 days approximately for the product to be dispached from our warehouse. The product will be dispached sooner even before a week at most times. Most courier companies take about 3 working days to deliver the products.

Can I use Pre-Paid Credit Cards/ Virtual Credit Cards to purchase items in your store?

Yes, you may use pre-pay credit cards to buy sex toys online in our store. Pre-pay credit cards are a convenient, safe, secure and discreet method of payment (Not to mention they help keep you within your shopping budget.) To use pre-paid credit cards, simply shop as you normally would, adding your items to the shopping cart. When you checkout you will be asked for billing & shipping information, as well as payment information. Your pre-paid credit card works the same as a regular Credit Card.  When on the payment screen you would type your name under "Cardholder Name" and enter the credit card number, type and expiry in the "Credit Card" fields. Finally, Click Process and your order will be submitted.  

Not sure where to buy a Pre-Paid credit card in India?

Pre-paid credit cards can be obtained from most major banks. If you have an account in any major bank in India, you can get a virtual credit card easily.

Does MasalaToys accept orders by phone?

In order to ensure maximum protection of our customers credit card information and personal privacy, MasalaToys no longer accepts orders by phone.  We can only accept orders via our online shopping cart. 

Will my order be shipped discreetly?

Our shipping is so extremely discreet that even the postman will not know!  We ship in plain unmarked parcel boxes (or bubble envelopes for some small orders) with no indication of what is inside.  There is absolutely NO mention of our store name on the parcel or mailing label.

How quickly will you ship my sex toy order?

All sex toy orders are dispatched / shipped out within 5 days from time of your order.

How long does it take to deliver my sex toys?

Delivery time for your sex toys will depend on your location as well as the preferred delivery option you select during checkout. Typically, delivery for the various methods are as follows:

Within Bangalore: 1-2 business days

Major Metros: 2-3 business days

Other cities and towns : 3-5 business days

North Eastern States : 4-5 business days

  Do I have to sign for delivery?

-We require proof of signature to ensure that your order has been received safely.

I don't want my partner to know i've ordered something. Will they be able to accept the parcel on my behalf if it arrives when I am not home?

If you would like to be the only one to receive or be able to provide signature for your order, we recommend making a note of the tracking number and contacting the nearest courier office and picking up the package from the courier office directly. This is much less embarrassing than a courier person bringing it home.

Do you accept purchases from other countries and ship outside of India for example to the Middle East, Srilanka or Thailand?

If you are located outside of  India you can still place an order in our store, but the mailing address should be in India. We ship only within India and we do not currently ship outside.

How competitive are your sex toy prices?

Our sex toy prices are extremely competitive and in most cases are the BEST sex toy prices you'll find in India.  There are no hidden handling or other miscellaneous fees so you can quickly see how much your order will be by adding you items to the shopping cart and selecting your shipping (if required.)  We also offer FREE SHIPPING for your adult toy / sex toy for most orders.

What currency are your sex toy store prices in?

Our sex toy store prices are defaulted to display in Indian Rupees, but can easily be switched to USD by simply clicking on the flag icon under Currency Converter on the right hand side of the homepage or any product page. Once clicked, all prices be presented to you in the currency of your choice.

Do you keep / store customers credit card information?

For your safety, privacy and 100% protection, credit card information is NOT stored on masalatoys.com website or server. 

What if I receive a toy that is defective or doesn't work?

In the rare event you receive an item that is defective, doesn't work, or stops working within 14 days of purchase, please contact us immediately either by phone or contact us online.  Most manufacturers offer a "replacement guarantee" and we will do everything we can to assist you in getting your replacement quickly and hassle-free.

If you are not receiving any replies to your emails:

I. It's possible our email replies are being blocked by your email program or by your internet service provider (ISP). Many email programs provide protection against spam or bulk mails, but sometimes even legitimate commercial emails, like an email from our customer support department or automatic order status notification emails, can get blocked by mistake.

II. Check your 'Spam' or 'Bulk' folders for mails from us or contact your network administrator or internet service provider for advice.

III. If you are still not receiving our emails, do call us.
