Shipping/ Delivery Information
We use plain brown boxes with no reference to the contents, it is discreet for your privacy. Only a return address and the shipping address is on the shipping label, there is no company name listed. The packing list is located inside the box with a list of the products that are in the order. Our shipping method is very discreet, not even the delivery person will know what is inside the box.

When you receive your package, promptly check the items to make sure the items are working. We will credit or exchange for DEFECTIVE items only (or for any shipping errors made by us). Please return the items in their original packaging within 30 days to the address on your packing slip. This policy is to give peace of mind to our customers knowing that they will never be sold a previously returned, used or unwanted product. We thank you for your understanding of this policy. All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges.
If an item is returned to us, we throw it in the garbage, we never sell a returned item regardless of if it was used or not because we do not want to risk re-selling any pre-used items. This is why we cannot offer a refund even if an item is returned.
In the case of a manufacturers defect, we will gladly honor the 30 day manufacturer's warranty by replacing a defective product with the same product.
Once you receive your order, test the battery operated items immediately BEFORE using. If an item is used, the manufacturer will not provide warranty replacement.
The manufacturer will only provide warranty replacement if the order invoice and the original packaging are included with the return.
In the event of a defect please email here and include the name of the product, the order number and a brief explanation of what is wrong. We will respond with the return address and further instructions.
Please note, you must email us within 2 days of receiving the product as the manufacturer offers a 30 day warranty.
Sometimes, manufacturers change the packaging, the color or the design of an item. The items you receive may not appear exactly the same as pictured on the website. In some cases, substitutions may be made. We reserve the right to limit quantities and refuse an order.
Without prior approval masalatoys.com does not reimburse for return shipping costs. Those shipping costs should not exceed the cost you paid for shipping. If you need a replacement immediately, call us, do not ship next day air and expect reimbursement for that.
If you feel the item was not as advertised, please go back to the page where the item is listed and make sure that you are correct. Then please email us with the webpage address and let us know what the page said and what you found to be different. We will refund you if the necessary information is missing, and we appreciate help to improve our site
